I am very anxious when going to a dentist. The staff and Dr Q were very accommodating and worked with me. I was very pleased at the attention to detail when discussing insurance coverage prior to treatment. No judgment when deciding what treatment options work for me.

Unfortunately insurance does not cover IV sedation or that would have been my choice. Very little discomfort in the chair and no pain or swelling after an extraction.

The dentist was super respectful and spoke in a way I understood. He seemed genuinely interested in hearing my concerns. The hygienist was nice as well. She made sure to explain why she was doing things.

First off I want to say that I have never posted a Google review anywhere and I'm disappointed this once great dental office has to be my first. I have been a patient here for close to years or so. Dr. Assad is an excellent dentist however the scheduling department has me concerned. A few weeks ago I received a message reminding me of my upcoming appointment which should have been last week. A day later I received a random 5 second voicemail with nothing but office noise in the background. I figured it was a dialing error so I did not call back. A day or two later I received a reminder text message to book my overdue cleaning appointment with a link to their website.

I thought this was strange but since I had not received any notice of my appointment being cancelled I showed up to my appointment last week. The scheduler tried to blame me for the cancelled appointment claiming that I did not verify in advance which I have never had to do in the past. After I told them about the 5 second voicemail and the text messages they told me that my appointment was actually cancelled due to not having a dental hygentist available at that time. They did not have any other appointments that would work into my work and childcare schedule for months out. I was upset that I wasted 40 minutes driving from work to the appointment and back home. A few days later I received a message saying they have a spot open at 4pm which was perfect for my schedule. I confirmed and received several verification texts. This morning, I received a text message addressed to "Madeline" informing me of my cancelled appointment.

I called the clinic and told them they had the wrong person on the message and they confirmed my cleaning was once again cancelled. I asked for a release of my medical records as I am disappointed with this clinic and they had the wrong email on file. The dental service itself is good the scheduling is awful. I've never had to be rescheduled ever in my life for an appointment let alone twice. I am also concerned about my personal and medical information as they couldn't even get my name right on the reminder text message and had the wrong email on file. . . It looks like my family of three will be looking for a new dentist!

I did not like waiting 40 min after my scheduled appointment. I know u r short people, i hope u get more people. I like coming to you, everyone is nice, I feel comfortable. I love getting my teeth cleaned:)
