Dr. Jarvis and team rock! His patience, friendliness, and his professional, gentle, caring bedside manners ought to be replicated by all professionals. I am thoroughly impressed by the professionals staffing this clinic as the dentists, receptionists, assistants, etc. all go above and beyond. Imagine dreading to walk into a dentist's office only to find friendly faces that ease your anguish! Not only is it about personality and attitude, but also expertise. Dr.
Jarvis (and Braun) are highly skilled and skillful. Dr. Jarvis has been my regular dentist for several years now. Yet, when something was amiss with a surgery (done by another professional at another clinic), I reached out to his staff and him for help as I could no longer stand the incessant pain. He and his staff didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience to them for reaching out to them at 6:36AM on a Monday. Sandy was able to squeeze me in before I went to work.
I was not dreading coming in as I would have with another clinic, for Dr. Jarvis and his entire staff (from Sandy to his assistants, to the ladies in the finance/insurance area) treat you like you matter, like your dental health matters. In short, they are rockstars who helped dissipate fear/dread (living in this adult!) of going to the dentist and who will take great care of you and your dental health.

These guys are great. This was the third dentist I had been to in Spokane after having moved here over a year ago. The other two were overcharging me and I just felt welcomed here! They were all so nice and understanding of my situation. I will be back and I will be bringing my entire family. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Extremely kind and understanding staff. Worked with me on scheduling for wisdom teeth removal, and got me in super early on a cancellation. Helped answer questions during recovery period, because I am a nervous wreck. Strongly recommend!

I've always been terrified of seeing the dentist, but i had an emergency dental issue, so i had to go. A friend of mine recommended this dental office. I was able to get an appointment quickly over the phone and filled out my patient intake online. At my appointment everyone from reception, to dental assistant and the doctor did their best to make me feel comfortable.
I'm uninsured and was able to get a back tooth extracted painlessly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place. I left feeling relaxed and happy- a total 360° from how I arrived.
