First time to Dr. Patel's office where they fit me in for an emergency to address a possible root canal. I wasn't sure what to expect and was nervous about what the procedure might be. Dr. Patel thoroughly explained what he was seeing on x-rays, what his recommendation was, and what my options were. He put ZERO pressure on me and left the choice up to me.

I chose to proceed with the the water-laser method for the root canal and although not covered by insurance, I didn't expect insurance to cover much of the "traditional" method for root canals anyways. This water laser was quick, effective and painless. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this was. Dr. Patel talked me through what he was doing, the assisting staff were tentative and gentle. Overall a great experience for a root canal! Dr.

Patel reached out to me that evening to check on me. A week later and everything has gone perfectly with the procedure and I have zero pain. He helped give me back my quality of life. Thank you, Dr. Patel and staff!

Dr. Patel has been amazing since our very first visit as a new patient. My son needed a root canal he did an excellent job explaining his options step by step. We felt very comfortable and welcomed, I knew right away if my son needs the procedure done we were at the right place. After the root canal was done we received a call in the evening he followed up himself to check on my son to make sure everything was okay or if we had any question.

The staff is just as amazing, everyone is very kind and professional. I will definitely recommend friends and family to Dr. Patel. Thank you so much!
