Everyone in the office is so nice. I have named Jasmin The greatest "GENTLE HYGIENIST. " Nicole spent additional time to explain in detail my out of pocket and provided information regarding a service option to assist me with a payment plan. Dr Hasenkopf is very professional, informative, and always nice to me.

Going in to the office feels like family instead of a dentist office. I recommend everyone to go here to get your teeth taken care of.

we LOVE this office! Jasmine is hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever been to. it’s like I’ve known her forever; she’s super relatable and she always has me laughing. you really don’t find genuine people like her anymore.

the dentist Jack is so nice, calm and gentle and he does his job very well. he really puts things at ease if you’re nervous! you gotta give them a chance at JBH you won’t regret it! (ask for Jasmine lol)

I am so excited to begin my journey to healthier gums and teeth right here at JBH Smiles located in Marietta Ga on Terrell Mill Rd. I was not nervous initially but having spent some time away from the dentist and walking into the office I was so comfortable with the feel, staff, and the entire process. Jasmin was the dental Hygienist that worked on me and my partner and from the very first interaction, I was sold on the service. Question and answers! Not one discrepancy. We were informed every step of the way and proper expectations were set. She was absolutely AMAZING. If I was rich. I would hire her for in-house services. The dental cleaning itself was a bit nerve-wracking because it's been several years since I have seen a dentist. Not to worry.

Jasmin was SUPER GENTLE and reassuring with every action. The consultation made the service that much easier. When we met the doctor, he just added to the amazing environment curated by the staff. He administered the numbing medicine and I will be honest to say that for one, I didn't see the needle but I could tell it was bigger than normal. However, the doctor was also very gentle and patient talking me through every pinch. Although I received several, at least 10 shots in the mouth, It was not as painful as I thought it would be. I felt a few pinches, a couple that were surprising but most of the pain subsided as he administered the medicine. He was such a great leader. Nicole, the staff member who conducted that initial screening was just as amazing in person as she was over the phone. The other hygienist (Toya) was also sweet and kind.

It is a very small office but that is what gives it a special touch. The lounge area is well, decorated, and suitable refreshments are available. I am excited to have found this office. I will recommend anyone here and I will continue my care specifically with these people. A bonus was that the staff were black and white from what I can tell, and I love when that dynamic curates a positive and welcoming environment. Please come here for amazing care, aftercare, and energy. The vibes were heavenly. I never knew dentists were such cool people.
