Worst receptionist ever. I would NOT recommend speaking with her (was not able to get her name) unless you're looking for someone to ruin your day. I hope that whoever does come here can have a better experience because I never did and I will not be giving them another chance! Respectfully. Thank you for not a thing.

I started going here because I needed my teeth fixed . . Dr. Giralt worked hard to keep my teeth healthy . And due to my mental illness sometimes I can’t make it to the dentist!! Today I asked if the hygienist was going to be on time . And if I could come in earlier .
And the front desk rika . Said no . Also asked if she could just ask her ! Tells me No because she knows what she will say ! Also said I could t speak to anyone higher up than her and that I’m no longer allowed there since they have. New owner and she is strict with her policies . when did they get a new owner and how come I didn’t know !! The woman at the front desk tells me “ ohh I know about you because I can see all the notes they have written about you ‘!!! What exactly have they written about me !!! I suffer from mental health and now I’m a nerves reck and upset because they talk about me behind my back and I don’t know if they make fun of me or what !!! I was suppose to get my teeth cleaned at 5 pit I explained if I could go earlier the lady said NO I already confirmed for 5 but I told her yes but I’m just asking and she was not having it . .
honestly I feel like They have been wanting me to leave because they always telling me if I don’t make it to my appointment I’ll never be able to come back I never heard of a place that does that !!! And now I feel like what else have they said about me !!! And I want to see every note they have written about me !!! Since that what Rika said!! I was there a couple of months ago for a cleaning and this was my second one I believe of the year the other times I was there was consecutive when I needed to go every week but than it changed idk either way if you don’t mind being talked or made fun off go here or having notes written about you and criticized because of your previous appointments than don’t bother . Really love Dr. Giralt but I hate there staff. I also want a copy of everything my records and the notes that have been written about me !!since rika said they talk about me in the notes !

Insurance scam artist. these people are horrible . Do NOT trust them with your dental needs or records . this guy is rotten . He will ruin your smile.

They are very professional and friendly. The dr is very nice and caring, I got two teeth pulled and never felt a thing I would recommend him to everybody. I will definitely keep going there.
