I needed an emergency appointment to have an infected, cracked bottom wisdom tooth removed and not only did Andrea from the office get me scheduled in quick as a new patient (less than 1 week), but Dr. Wallen is the nicest, most gentle person to ever complete dental work, and I've had my fair share before! He was informative & showed genuine care start to finish, even followed up in the evening with a phone call to ensure I was doing okay. Now THATS excellent service! Would highly recommend Dr.
Wallen & his staff. Hands down best oral surgery office in the Grand Strand!

I've recently completed my third procedure with Dr. Wallen and his staff. All three procedures went flawlessly. Dr. Wallen is a superb professional dental surgeon. I was treated fantastic and that kept me calm and anxiety free. I've had interactions with both Lisa's, Brittney, Pauline and Andrea in the front office and Sally, Nikki, Sarah and Mary in the back surgery area. Everyone did a very professional job and interacted perfectly with each other.
You could tell by the way they communicated with each other that they knew what they were doing. These professionals are definitely team players. After my latest procedure, my recovery anxiety/discomfort was minimal, almost non-existent. Yes, I had some swelling, which was expected, and went away within a few hours. All in all, for dental surgery, I just took it easier for a few days. As I mentioned before, I have full faith in Dr. Wallen and his staff and I'm sure you will experience the same.

Dr. Jeffrey Wallen and his team are nothing short of miracle workers. We all know surgery is always stressful and difficult to navigate. It helps when you feel confident in the skills of the folks who will be responsible for performing the surgery. Every individual that I had contact with a Dr. Wallen‘s office where highly trained in their medical skills and in customer service. I did seek 3 opinions before choosing a surgeon to perform my procedure. I immediately had a good feeling about this medical practice when I was greeted in the reception area by Lisa S. On my consultation day. Lisa was friendly very proficient in her process.
Dr. Wallen took his time explaining the procedure and all of the intricacies and within moments of speaking with him I knew I was in the right place. His years of experience and calm demeanor immediately settled my nerves and I knew he would be the one to perform my surgery. On surgery day Dr. Wallen was assisted by nurse, Sally and surgical assistant Sarah. Sara and Sally were able to answer all of my many questions and they were both wonderful. My procedure was classified as difficult and unusual. There were many different potential outcomes, and when I woke up, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that dr. Wallen and his team were able to achieve the seemingly impossible. I could not possibly be more pleased with their medical expertise and The overall experience.
To anybody that needs oral surgery. There is only one choice. Dr. Wallen and his team are clearly top of their game and best in the business. I highly highly recommend them. In Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Doctor Wallen stands out for his exceptional service. I had several teeth extracted and underwent IV sedation today due to my severe dental anxiety and PTSD. The staff's kindness and care were evident from the moment I walked in until my departure. Doctor Wallen was a blessing, and I feel fortunate to have found him. For those with dental anxiety, I highly recommend Doctor Wallen for IV sedation. Throughout the procedure, Sarah was by my side, ensuring I felt taken care of.
Doctor Whalen's follow-up call to check on me was a touching gesture. His office maintains high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and his team is genuinely compassionate.
