Well appointment 2 made this review completely different!. COMPLETE UNPROFFESIONAL OFFICE! Went in for a filling on a problem tooth they told me in November they would fill. jan 10 was my appointment. after waiting in the chair for 40 minutes an assistant came and said they would just expose my nerve with the drill work from a filling (this was not what Dr. Heller told me in Novemeber). So, they want me to go get a root canal on this tooth.

I asked why they didn't just call me with thier changed mind and got no response. I left, and then was asked to come back in by the assistant. Who then said that they didn't pull my record from the Endodontist I saw till I was sitting in the chair that moring (!!!!!!!!), they thought I had a root canal done (how they would think this i have no idea). So I left, because I needed to call my endodontist and get a root canal! Two days later we get mail saying they don't wanna work with us anymore. MID CAREPLAN!!!!! This place is a farce. Heller herself is very nice and, as far as I know, she isn't bad at doing the work.

But the office is a JOKE. The office staff is totally different than when I saw her in late Nov 2023. PATIENT BEWARE, they claim to be for comfort but they lie, and then when THEY lie, they blame YOU.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Heller and her staff! First, the office is exquisitely beautiful, as well as modern and cleanly— something you definitely want in a dentist’s office! Second, as someone who is extremely naturally-minded when it comes to health, Dr. Heller and her staff have been so respectful and have gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests. They’ve answered any and all of my questions in a kind and patient manner. I’m a strong believer in the American Medical Association’s philosophy of “patients have the right to receive information and ask questions about recommended treatments so that they can make well-considered decisions about care.

” It’s rare to find doctors who respect that philosophy in today’s world— and Dr. Heller and her staff are the exception. They truly embrace this standard of practice and want their patients to feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this practice and am so thankful for them!

Amazing with my daughter, she really put her at ease. I loved the staff and everyone’s demeanor. They are wonderful with kids and have a beautiful office. They gained three patients out of today’s visit. We found our new dentist!

My daughter has Down Syndrome. I was worried at how she would do at the dentist since she had bad experiences in the past. We went to Dr. Heller and was very pleased. She talked with our daughter explaining what she was going to do and showed her the tools she was using. She did not use any loud tools to fill three cavities. I would recommend Dr.

Heller and her staff to anyone with fear of the dentist. What a wonderful experience. This will be the only dentist we will take our daughter to in the future. Thank you Dr. Heller and Staff. You are the best!
