Very terrible experience with the front desk, they do not how to respect patients. when I called them to ask my husband claim, they didn’t allow me to finish my question. The worst thing is they lied to me, they said they already appealed 4 times to my husband insurance, I asked them to email me the records to see, they emailed me the wrong records, actually they cannot provide the records to prove they appealed 4 times.

and they gave me ridiculous answer: they cannot appeal for me because they already appealed for me 4 times. Terrible service

Always a good experience here. Dr Chen and Dr Richards/on, Tracy, and Mary have all worked on me. Kind, prompt, skilled. Paid cash for work and prices seem reasonable compared to some of the astronomical prices out there. Would recommend.

I went to their clinic today for a check-up and consultation. They did an excellent job and explained everything to me in a clear and kind way. There is a doctor, unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he is very kind and honest in his advice. Thank you and I recommend this wonderful clinic.

Very disappointed with my daughter's appointments this morning. I have 2 yr old twins and had appointments at 10 and 10:20. At 10:20 I asked the front desk how much longer bc my girls were starting to get antsy and we had already been waiting 20 min for our appointments. The staff at the front desk was less than willing to offer an apology or understanding the inconvenience this was causing. But instead offered excuses that it's dental work and they can't determine timing of someone's care.

I understand apts can run late, but 20 min without so much of an apology is poor customer service and shows you have no respect for people's time. We were offered to be put in a room, but that won't stop my girls from screaming/crying and becoming increasingly agitated. We could have taken them up on the room and it may have helped, but what would their actual appointment time look like. It would not have been a pleasant experience, which at this age it's important these are positive experiences
