It's too risky for kids in this clinic The receptionist supervisors too rude and she never except my question regarding expose my 3 years old to x ray radiation specially she is only 3 years old and it's for school and not complain of any problem. . she was telling me you are walking under the sun its same radiation x Ray and more . The doctor unprofessional to deal with kids she was consider her like she s 30 years old and too rough how she was examin her and put one square plastic which is not suitable for my kid mouth n pulling it hardly .

Then she was telling me my child has 9 teeth need to be filled with silver thought 4 to 5 sessions under local anaesthesia or under general anaesthesia Guess what I took my kid to another clinic . doctor giving her vitamin and cleaned her teeth and nothing wrong with my kid teeth . . M shocked of this and thanks my lord who protected my child of these people .

By the way my kid can't talk well yet but my kid were smiling at them n too much cooperative even them were wondering how my child was cool.

I had an appointment at 11:00 am and I arrived little early around 10:30 now it’s 11:25 and I’m the only one here, not being seen or called. I talked to the girl on the front and she was sooo rude “sir you have to wait until they call you. What kind of customer service is that. I have been coming here for 15 years and every year they get even worse

if there was a rating lower then a star i would have picked it. Work place you can ever go to. i have been with this office ever since i came to the U. S since 2010 and was seen by Dr.

Ray the best doctor you can ever seen. although the staff in the front were rude and terrible i still bent because she was the best doctor that cares for her patients and goes out of her way to help you. unfortunately she left and the office became terrible. rude staff don't know what they are doing, nasty attitude and so much more.

A recently situation happened where my mom was referred somewhere else to get work done the doctor referred her for the wrong tooth and i had called them to tell them so and they answered and said " doctor has over 30 years of experiences can't tell her what her job is". excuse you? if you have so much experiences what happened? Therefore they told us that my mom isn't welcomed anymore to the office because i said "y'all referred for the wrong tooth". Later on my family still got seen and now they cancelled all our future appt and said " you and your family are not welcomed here anymore" for what? what the rest do? worst office to go to and the worst place you can deal with and you come for help they treat like garbage as if you are begging them to get help you need.

I loved going here, Dr. Young has been my dentist since a kid. Unfortunately she retired & I picked any dentist available for myself & my kids (which was my fault), I got placed with Suzana Mamo & let me just say we will not be returning as her patient in 6 months. She was awfully rude towards my children, body language tells a lot & that is one of the first things you are taught when going into a profession that deals with people.

Both of my kids, 1 & 3 were crying simply because they were scared, instead of trying to calm them down with me she proceeded to shake her head & smack her hands on her hips as if she was annoyed. Second strike was when it was my turn for a cleaning, my son came with me & he started to cry again. She responded to him crying with a "why are you crying if it's not for you" again, this is to a 3 year old! She didn't say a word to me & never notified me about how my teeth were, she didn't acknowledge my presence, but she made sure to acknowledge my children. I just got up & left before I responded back to her.

Maybe she shouldn't be working with children if shes going to fuss about uncontrollable crying & work on body language. Just a suggestion :) other than her, 10/10 place
