The absolute worst dental experience I’ve ever had. “Dr. ” Koshy is by far the rudest most disrespectful dentist I’ve ever seen. I went in for a regular cleaning. All she did was my exam, brush my teeth, and spill water from my mouth all over me.

She did not floss or seriously clean my teeth. Her customer service skills are terrible. There was no hello just as soon as I walked in “you need to fill out this paperwork” instead of her scheduling my follow up appointment (not that I ever considered coming back) for problems found she states “here is your e-rays there are many dentist in the area. You have a small mouth and you’ll be better off with one of them. ” (smh) Also during the exam she stated if your not comfortable you can go to another dentist not very kindly, because the tools used for my exam where too big for my mouth.

She just created an atmosphere of “unwelcomeness” from the very beginning for what ever reason she may had. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of a woman. If you want to save your time, money, and peace of mind. PLEASE go elsewhere. #TheWorst

I recently moved to this area and needed a new dentist for my 6 month check-ups. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had in my life. Where do I begin? Dr. Koshy was too rough cleaning my teeth to the point my gums were bleeding, she did not floss my teeth AT ALL, and she rushed because I was only in the chair for 10 minutes total.

She seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. First she took x-rays then she begin “cleaning”/getting water all over my face and neck and while she was cleaning she kept asking me questions about my past dental history and when I had braces, which I don’t remember most of. When the torture was over she recommended I removed my incoming wisdom teeth which don’t cause me any pain. Personally, I feel like Dr.

Koshy didn’t feel comfortable with me because I’m black. She didn’t even attempt to reschedule me when it was over. She just said goodbye and stayed in her chair. Not that I would ever go to her office again but she’s very rude and doesn’t deserve a license!!!

I would like to commend Dr. Jessy Koshy,DMD @7878 Roswell Rd Ste O . Atlanta,Ga 30350. for doing an amazing Job on my teeth. Even though she was fully booked she opened up her office to me. I can’t thank her enough for being so thorough and paying attention to details finding places where I had a couple problem areas. My cleaning, X-rays, and exam was amazing. Being new and from California I needed to find an excellent Dentist and that I did.

I found her to be very warm welcoming and a people person. I was so excited that she taken the time to make an appointment for me. She had patient of Job. After moving to ATL I had a hard time finding a great dentist. Thank You Dr. Koshy for a Great Job Well Done. Thank you for caring. Janice Bell, I appreciate You

Billy Borus

Dr. Koshy is a fantastic dentist. She is very friendly, and extremely efficient. I was a new patient visiting. It took me 3 minutes to set-up and appointment, and less than an hour to get in and out.

She did x-rays and full teeth cleaning. She also gave me a referral for an oral surgeon, because I need my wisdom teeth removed. She was running the front desk too when I arrived, which, to me, speaks to her dedication to serving people as a dentist. I would recommend her to anyone.
