I saw Dr. Dan Steadman for many years. At his recommendation I moved to Dr. Young following Dan's retirement. I have been very impressed with the staff and Dr. Young is wonderful. She takes her time with you, is always pleasant and accommodating, and the work I've had done has been excellent. I would strongly recommend Dr. Young to anyone seeking a dentist.

I had seen Dr. Dan Steadman all my life. I have known no other dentist. I went and saw Dr. Young at his recommendation when retiring and I don't think I could have been more dissatisfied. The last time I saw her was in late 2020.

I immediately encountered some issues, first with their appointment process and then with their payment process. I was told that while they took the State of IL Delta Dental insurance, that I'd need to pay for the services at the time they were provided, and would be reimbursed by Delta Dental at a later time. It's now 2024 and I have yet to see a single thing from Delta Dental. As far as I could tell, they didn't bother submitting anything and could have, for all I know, pocketed money from me AND the insurance. The staff was rude when needing to re-schedule or when setting a new appointment. The tech I had was extremely aggressive with the cleaning, and all around a polar opposite of Dr.

Dan's staff and care provided. I was in the process of confirming a visit with another dentist when I looked up the reviews for Dr. Young. I cannot recommend this dentist and now I don't have my records to give to another dentist and don't really feel like calling this office and putting up with the frustration that will come from that.

So grateful Dr. Steadman recommended Dr. Young to be our new family dentist after he retired (miss you Dr. S. ). Dr.

Young is efficient, effective, and most importantly caring! She and her staff have provided excellent service. Although she stays very busy, she always seems to find or make time to help, especially in emergency situations. From Paris at the front desk, to Dr. Young herself, this is an office with people who truly care about the patients as it shows in every interaction I have ever had with them.
