This is a rotten organization. . . my wife used to go here and needed her wisdom teeth removed. They wanted to do the first part of the surgery in house and refer the other part to an oral surgeon. My wife wanted to do it all in one place at the oral surgeon.
They never sent the reference or x-rays to the oral surgeon as requested. 3 reminders, and 2 years later we switch dentists. Our new dentist asks John Cook DDS for her X-rays, they say they don't have any to give them. . . the new dentist contacts her insurance and her insurance has records that the X-rays were in fact taken at John Cook DDS, therefore proving that they are withholding my wife's information and holding it hostage in hopes that they will get more business from my wife.
Her new dentist ended up performing and X-ray and related scans for free because they agreed these guys were rotten and were treating us unfairly. Bottom line is: these guys don't deserve your hard earned money, and you don't deserve their poor service. I would go somewhere that treats you fairly and professionally.

Called me a little prick because I was nervous about irradiating my face. I didn't realize it was standard practice to insult and belittle patients just because they don't want an X-ray. I assumed it was normal to explain things to your patients and answer medical questions. I assumed you were a professional. I guess I was wrong. My apologies.

I just had an appointment today for a tooth I incorrectly thought I chipped! The staff was very kind, patient, and most importantly, honest. I was told there was no chip, and sent on my way. Thank you for your honesty, and for saving my time & money! I highly recommend to anyone in search of trustworthy service.

Save your time and energy and go somewhere else. The dental work wasn't the issue for me. The staff sending my claims to insurance is a huge problem. It feels like a scam at this point. They continuously submit it to the wrong insurance, insurance that I haven't had for years so I'm not even sure how they are getting those.
I have sent them the correct insurance cards at least 6 times now. I've had the insurance company call them multiple times and the office still submits it wrong by putting in an incorrect address. I've never had so many issues with getting a bill sent to insurance before.
