Johnson orthodontics is MORE than a 5 star Orthodontist. Every person who works there is so very kind and welcoming. Dr. Johnson is amazing, each dental assistant is so knowledgeable, I have been very very impressed each time I have gone in.

Besides the personnel, the office is warm and comforting. There are about 8 chairs available at one time and dental assistants to cover each one, so things are always moving along and it is easy to get an appointment. Dr Johnson has gone way over and beyond his necessary work in order to accommodate my situation. I couldn’t be more grateful and pleased with Johnson Orthodontics and would recommend them to anyone of any age!

I have a mixed review for my experience with this company. They were very kind, informative, and had an open and safe workspace. As a young teenager, I didn't know how important these things were. As an adult, I now do. My smile is permanently straight, something to thank them for. I considered carefully, and their practice was phenomenal, and I will admit, our situation was unique, hence why I put it at four stars, and not three. If we didn't have any issues at all, it would have been five.

However, their billing left something to be desired. I hope it has since improved. I should hope if not, they take note and learn to be more careful with the money they return to their clients. This was not discovered until many years later. My father was told the full extent of the cost at the beginning of my braces and didn't want to do regular payments. He tried to pay off the bill as much as possible, overpaying each payment to get it paid off sooner. However, they returned the amount he over-paid as a check to the address on file, mine.

(since it wasn't possible to pay anymore than the agreed on amount, apparently) My dad and mom were separated at the time. My mother easily pocketed thousands in checks returned to us that my dad sent to the orthodontist to pay off my braces. (He wanted it paid off in a few large lump sums) Though it wasn't their fault that my mom committed fraud, they still never communicated directly with my father, the one paying the bill, about the issue in him over-paying, or that they were returning his money via checks. I know this because my mom directly admitted to it, and after talking to my dad he was able to confirm it. He wanted to pursue my mom in court over it, but the company was unwilling to assist him in that matter. Thus, my mom successfully pocketed thousands.
