I first went in for xrays advising an old filling was bothering me and they said they found no issue but scheduled me to come back for a cleaning. My 11:30 appointment turned into me being brought to the room on time but leaving at 12:10 after they never sent anyone in to start. The staff was friendly but clearly they need more help.

Before this experience, family dental was a great place. They did a lot of work in my mouth. A lot of feelings got partials and a couple other things done which was good experiences. I go to the dentist today. It was at 5:30 PM at the end of the day so I get a doctor His name is Dr. Mirca I asked him to look at a couple teeth on the bottom roll of my mouth right away. He says you need a root canal he put his finger in my mouth didn’t really look and I asked him.

How were you able to tell that quick? Oh, I’m able to tell on certain teeth I said how is that just by looking I could tell uncertainty it’s hitting your route. He tells me so we go back-and-forth and I felt like he was kicking me out of the dentist. I was scheduled to come in at 5:30. I probably wasn’t on his list for the day. He was probably getting ready to go home and that’s the way I felt poor customer service if I ever get this doctor again I will walk out immediately.

Dentist was the highlight of this experience. I went to get my tooth pulled and he made it quick and painless. He had great manners and was sensitive to my other medical conditions. One star is missing due to the inappropriate conversations between the hygienist going on loudly behind me while I waited on the Dentist.

Just had abstraction done today so far so good. I must say that they are very nice to their clients and understanding. The Dentist I had I'd give him a million stars if I could. I don't want to say more until I see the outcome after today. 😂. It's too soon but he was done fast. I didn't even realize it was out.
