Thank you Dr. Wong and his staff. I had tooth i needed extracted like now and they got me on schedule and taken care of quickly. No pain what so ever. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of dental work done. He has been my families dentist for years. Best dentist in Virginia beach.

I called during lunch to clarify my 3:30 pm dentist appointment for a filling and cleaning. Then, the person on the phone said it's at 4:15 pm instead of 3:30 pm, so I said okay, I'll be there before 4 pm. At 3:30 pm, someone called (a different receptionist lady/ owner) and asked where I was. She said I was late, so my next appointment would be in February next year. I asked if there was a closer date available because, in a way, it wasn't really my fault since I called this afternoon to clarify. So, I'm okay with rescheduling, but I hope it's a closer date. I arrived at their office at 3:50 p.

m. The person at the front desk (the owner) said there was really no closer date for me. She claimed it was a mistake by their receptionist, who informed me, so she said it was my fault for believing it. So, I said to her, it was also the office's mistake; my rescheduling shouldn't take that long. The front desk lady said it was the mistake of their staff, not the whole office. I replied, "No, it's the office's mistake, not just your staff. " So, don't point fingers at only one person, I said.

The person at the front desk got upset and said, She's (the owner) never wants to see me there again. They're very unprofessional in handling things when they're the ones at fault, and they lack accountability, as well as the owner blaming her staff, and i didn't even hear her apologize to me, even though she's the owner. All I can say is that the dentists and staff are skilled and doing an excellent job, but the owner who handles appointments over the phone is very unprofessional and somewhat rude in speaking. She didn't consider that they inconvenienced their customer's time, and they weren't willing to rectify their mistake by rescheduling to a closer date at the very least.

Woodstock Chic

In ALL my years (40+) of going to a ‘large’ dental practice, I just now realize that a small dental practice is key & very much to my liking. Not only professionally & skilled, but a pleasant atmosphere. It’s apparent this is a wall-rounded, family oriented practice. I had the’ best’ experience yesterday for the 1st time ever & crown replacement/cleaning.

Dr. Wong, Dr. Yung & staff phenomenal!!!!

I've been a patient of the Wong practice for years. I HIGHLY recommend them for your dental needs. They are consistent in very high levels of customer service, very friendly staff and they are willing to work with you in terms of scheduling appointments, including emergency ones.

They do very good work and they are prompt and fast. For a dentist office, I always feel quite calm and comfortable when I'm there. If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!!
