I had some serious tooth pain that came up very suddenly, after trying to get in else where Dr Jones and his team were able to squeeze me in on pretty short notice and were able to find and start treating my issue that same day, I am so incredibly grateful to him and his team for getting me in and hearing my concerns and being able to find and address the issue, today (the next day) my tooth pain is gone, and I’m not terrified for my next appointment next week, I tend to put off my dentist appointments because it brings me a lot of anxiety but his whole team really made the whole process (and my first root canal) such a smooth and (almost) pain free process which I’m so incredibly grateful for! They were all so nice and their communication was clear I knew what to expect and what was being done, I would definitely recommend coming here if you have any fears around seeing a dentist because they really helped ease that for me and I’m not dreading my next visit!

I recently went to Jones Family Dental for a tooth extraction. First of all, going to the Dentist is one of my WORST anxieties from a lot of negative experiences when I was a child and young adult, so needless to say, I neglected to go to the dentist for far too long because of my anxiety. When my tooth/jaw pain was finally unbearable I called Jones Family Dental and they were able to get me in very quickly. The office staff was friendly, and although they were very busy my appointment was on time.

I was still really nervous until I spoke with Doctor Jones. He was kind and sympathetic to my tooth problems and other health conditions. I have liver diseases so I have to be extremely careful with what I put in my body. Doctor Jones was very knowledgeable and offered many suggestions for this procedure, and future procedures.

I opted for the sedation dentistry, which had never been offered to me before, and that made a world of difference for me and my anxiety. I don't think I would have done very well with the procedure without it. Doctor Jones explained to me ahead of my time his technique for tooth extraction, which went really smoothly with almost no pain. The next day I woke up in total amazement! I had NO pain, only mild discomfort from the extraction and all of my other symptoms (some I didn't even know were related to the tooth/infection) were already noticeably better!! Due to my extremely long gap between dental visits, there is other work I need also, and I will most definitely be continuing my care with Jones Family Dental!!

I found my new dentist office. I had a dental emergency on a Friday at 6pm and they got me in the next morning. Dr Jones was able to help me that day. The staff was great and environment calm and welcoming. Definitely will be referring them to friends.

I’m new to Jones Family Dental and recently had a root canal done. I’ve always struggled with anxiety when it comes to dental visits, but this experience truly exceeded my expectations. It was, without a doubt, the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Jones was amazing—he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really helped ease my nerves.

The procedure was almost completely pain-free. Everyone in the office is kind, compassionate, and professional. I’m so glad we decided to come to Jones Family Dental, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
