Horrible service! The receptionists clearly don’t understand what patients are saying and constantly shift the blame instead of helping. There’s a complete lack of communication and professionalism. Save yourself the time and frustration go somewhere else. This place is a total waste of time.

Where to begin. I’m highly disappointed of what this office has become. I have been seeing Dr. Rivas since I was a teenager. She was always great, it was always a pleasure to go there. Now that she’s barely there and has some Asian ladies working, they’ve become a horrible practice. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and a cavity filling. Whoever was the person who saw me (I can’t even remember her name cause she was so un unimpressionable) only did the cleaning and refused to fill my cavity where I had a huge whole.

They told me to make another appointment and come back. Mind you, they don’t have appointments until like 3 months out. But they did try to refer me to another doctor for a surgical removal of my wisdom tooth. Referrals = money. more visits = more money. So I’m seeing that’s all they care about now. I ended up going to a different dentist, I made the same call for a cleaning and a cavity filling. Turns out I have a cracked molar and a cavity and the office of Dr.

Rivas didn’t even tell me any of that. I’m extremely disappointed with how they are now handling the office, I remember Dr. Rivas did care about her patients and I feel very sorry that the people she has working there now don’t carry the same care that she used to. I would never go back here and I advise others not to go there either. I went to Dental Excellence in Fresh Meadows and they treated me for everything all in my first appointment.
