I personally like the dentist and wasn't going write this review but spending thousands of dollars to fix something when it is negligent work is unacceptable. I've been a cash patient for several years and have spent thousands of dollars at this dentists office. There have been several occasions where I've had to go back in because something was not done correctly the first time. The last time this happened was the start of covid, I had to go back in because a cavity that Tim had filled was set too high. It created a myriad of problems, throwing off my bite, cracking a different tooth, severe infection and causing TMJ. He fixed the filling and admitted it was too high but never accepted responsibility for the effects of his poor work, I was told it was all a coincidence. I now had an infection from the broken tooth and I needed a root canal and crown.

Thousands of dollars of dental work. This experience is bad enough but then it got worse. The crown they installed broke within six months. At first Tim said I must have been chewing on ice, when I denied that he blamed it on a new material they used since they also make their own crowns. He replaced the crown because there is a warranty. This replacement crown lasted only eleven months before breaking again. When I called to complain about it, Sherry told me that even though there was a five year warranty for the crown since I hadn't come in for a cleaning within the past six months the warranty was void and it would cost me a over another thousand dollars for a new crown.

I went to a new dentist and he told me the reason the crown broke was because of the material, and it had absolutely nothing to do with a cleaning, he suggested I call my old dentist back because most dentists fix their mistakes and he couldn't believe that they wouldn't work with me. Ethically speaking alone you would fix this crown. Nope. Not even a discount. Poor business, poor skills and they don't stand behind their work. My only recourse is to write a review and/or file a complaint with the dentistry board.

I recently switched over to Joseph and Joseph after 20 plus years at another dental office. Though it is a 45 minute drive for me, it it well worth the drive. Their professionalism, fair prices and quality work have earned them a new patient.

Called on Friday morning after having the front tooth of my denture fall out. My provider was unable to help said no tech on staff & no one else cud help me. Called their other 2 offices and was told "they were too busy" so much for emergency services. J & J said come on over.

They fixed it on the spot, Dr Joe came out to the lobby to shake my hand and meet me, Class act, & the front end staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend that is if you want a team who puts the patient first.
