My time here visiting Dr. Rickerby and his staff for what seemed to be my dental journey has been nonetheless an amazing and seamless experience. Although no one is crazy about going to the dentist, when you have a team that you know you can count on, is always attentive and can work with your schedule, it’s almost impossible to dislike the dentist. Dr. Rickerby’s professionalism and sense of humor always makes you feel at ease and his overall staff exceeds to accommodate to each and every patient with exceptional service.

I can’t thank them enough for always welcoming me and being the support system I needed throughout this journey. I have even recommended my family to him so you know there’s immense trustworthiness for the level of skills Dr. Rickerby and his staff provide. Thank you all for restoring my dental health and giving me the smile I can proudly express.

I came in for a routine teeth cleaning, and it ended up damaging my tooth. The woman doing the cleaning caused a small piece of my tooth surface to chip off — and she didn’t say a word about it. I only noticed the damage a few days later at home. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff were really pushy about upselling me on other procedures I didn’t ask for.
