I did my research before choosing an in network dentist. Reading about Dr. Joyce and all of her accomplishments made me comfortable making an appointment. Upon arrival, Jenny and Barb were able to get me checked in and both were exceptionally nice and professional. After my cleaning, I was told I had a few issues with my teeth that needed to be addressed. This was not a surprise to me as I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years.

I came back three more times in the following weeks and they were even able to squeeze me in before the new year so that I could maximize my insurance. Barb discussed costs with me before my appointments so that I knew what to expect. When I returned the third time, the entire staff remembered not only me but that I had my wisdom teeth extracted a few days prior and asked me how I was doing etc. I have never had this kind of genuine and personal care in any form of medical office. During my procedures, Megan did a wonderful job of explaining what was going to happen, how long it would take and what to expect afterwords. She and Dr.

Joyce were efficient, accurate and polite during each procedure. Their upbeat energy took away my nerves and I began to relax in the dentist chair- something I had never experienced before! Overall, I found out that Dr. Joyce really knew her stuff and she is an amazing dentist. She explains and answers questions in a way to easily understand and provides a personal touch that cannot be replicated or taught. I cannot recommend Dr. Joyce or her office enough!

This is a profit seeking dentist with no care for new patients. I had not seen a dentist since before the pandemic. I had a great dentist in Shorewood that retired. I live close to Joyce dentistry, so I thought I would give them a try. My appointment was over a month ago, August 12.

They did a cleaning, and mentioned that I needed a crown and would call me back in a week to schedule an appointment after they learn about my insurance. Apparently my insurance wasn’t good enough, because no call back. I wouldn’t trust this place doing work on my teeth. They have one goal in mind which is profit, and no care for their patients unless you agree to expensive treatments.

My family and I have been patients for many years. Unfortunately, following their advice, my teeth are now in worse shape than where I started. Requested the office/dentist for support to correct the problem they caused, and I was left on my own and they washed their hands to me. Great disappointment.
