I've been a long time loyal patient of Dr. Fredericks and can' t even imagine going anywhere else. I've been so impressed by the fact that they actually respect your time and appointments mean something at this office. Virtually every other doctor/dentist I've ever been to expects you to be early to your appointment only to inevitably make you sit in the waiting room for 30-45min before you're even called back. In the 7+ years that I've been a patient of Dr. Fredericks, I've never once had to wait more than few minutes to be seated and attended to by the staff.

Another thing that really stands out compared to my experience with other dentists is how warm and inviting the office feels. It honestly feels more like a spa environment than a typical medical or dental office. Above all else Dr. Fredericks and her entire staff have always been super professional, yet friendly and understanding. Anytime I've had to have a procedure done they've always taken the time to walk me through the issue, answer any questions and explain my treatment options in a way I can actually understand. In all my years as a patient I can honestly say I've never had a single bad experience at this office.

For anyone out there looking for a dentist or unsatisfied with your current one, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Fredericks. I guarantee you won't ever want to go anywhere else.

Coming to Dr. Fredericks has been an amazing experience. I haven’t been to the dentist in a bit, but she took the time to go through lots of pictures and X-rays and explained what we were looking at. Her and her staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The office is clean, calming and comfortable. I would recommend this Dental office to anyone!

Office is beautiful! Definitely does not have the usual dentist-office-vibe, and I love it. It is so calming coming into it and each station has a gorgeous photo you can lose yourself into. Staff is very friendly. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. They even have blankets for you to use during your appointment.

They really thought of everything :-) They are also extremely knowledgeable and went step by step with how they were doing their X-rays and showing me afterwards. I definitely will be back. I hate the dentist, but this place is a different story. The reviews are true:-)

I have never been compelled to write a review for a Dentist, but doctor Fredericks and her staff are simply wonderful. I've been to some pretty awful dentists, and some that were perfectly fine and did a good job, but either way it's always a nerve wracking experience. This is the first time I haven't felt nervous going to the dentist. Everyone is warm, friendly, welcoming, compassionate, and do what they can to make you comfortable.

Despite needing a crown, the process was almost entirely pain-free, and the least pain I've ever experienced with a dental procedure of this nature. Communication throughout the process was fantastic, and they made sure to address any concerns I might have had. I would highly recommend doctor Fredericks, and her amazing staff to anyone! They clearly care about their patients!
