If Only

I have been a patient of this so called clinic for years. All I can say I am no longer a patient nor will I ever be again. I recommend if you are thinking on going here make sure you schedule getting sick with them first because your not going to get help otherwise. You are just another number in the line. Most of the time the lobby has very few in it but yet without a appt they will refuse you.

Never had and scheduling issues. Always in and out with satisfactory care. Building is always clean and well maintained. Providers are great. Some of the nurses or aides come of a less friendlier than the others, but that’s the norm any place you go.

So I have had two appointments with the dentist and because what I need done takes a couple of hours both times they have rescheduled my appointment with a different excuse each time. My wife had an appointment during the same time frame and she saw him with no issue because her thing only took 20 minutes. Not only that the dentist came off as rude.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would just because of the dentist. Just to add they are some of the most rude ppl I have dealt with. Wish I could give negative stars to be honest

I had a bad tooth ace. I called Juniper Health dental. Juniper Health dental. They gave me an appointment 60 days out. I have never went to a dentist who didn’t have time for an emergency. Except people to live in pain for 60 days. But 2 days before my appointment they called to reschedule for March 2024.

My original was for November 27. 2023. And I first called on October 1st 2023 I had to have 4 pain management sessions 2 with juniper health and 2 in Michigan while I was on vacation and had to go to another dentist. Who got me in right away. The infection had grown and the Procedure was very painful because they couldn’t numb my mouth because of the infection. I had to have two teeth pulled and I’m still waiting on my new crown.
