Having checked his impressive credentials, we called Dr. Jutlah's office in 2022, and were greeted by his vivacious office staff. They explained the procedure and set our expectations to what our next steps would be. When we stepped into the clinic we found it to be clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help.
They made our kids feel comfortable and less anxious about being in a dentist's office! They respect time and kept to their appointment without delay and have continued to do so over the past two years. Dr. Jutlah actively listened, understood our needs, explained the solutions and educated us on our options. He did not upsell and he set practical timelines for us. We signed up our kids to have their braces done.
We have met Dr. Jutlah and his efficient staff every month for the past two years and have always had the same positive experience. It is Aug 2024 and both kids have had their teeth fixed with brilliant confident smiles! We are grateful to Dr. Jutlah and his team for their awesome and unflailing dedication to their patients.
