Had my bonding done with Dr. Kakos almost 11 years ago and haven’t had to go in for a touch up till now after getting 3D printed aligners as my teeth have shifted. Another dentist I go to marveled at the bonding I had done with Dr. Kakos and remarked that he cannot believe it has held up for so long with no issues. In addition to her quality work (reiterated by another dentist, no less), Dr.

Kakos is a consummate professional with a knack for tending to the issue and overall esthetic based on her experience. Her friendly, down to earth disposition is an added bonus. Kudos to her and her staff.

Having terrible anxiety about even calling the dentist is no more. From the moment I walked in the door I felt as ease. The front desk staff are all welcoming and courteous. My cleaning and x-rays went as smooth as silk. My hygienist was knowledgeable and attentive.

After my cleaning, Dr. Kakos was thorough without rushing in and out as my past experiences with other places. I would highly recommend their practice for anyone putting off a visit they know they need.

I was threatened by lawyers from my previous review, As Dr. Kakos is using review suppression. OK Yaldo Law Here is the edited version. Shaken in my boots!! In my personal experience, I found the quality of cosmetic dental care at this office to be disappointing and well below expectations, especially given the significant cost. My daughter had dental implant crowns done here, and we faced multiple challenges over several appointments, including difficulties in matching tooth color and achieving a natural appearance. I began to have serious concerns when, instead of taking ownership of the issues we encountered, the provider frequently pointed to external factors such as the surgeon’s implant placement, my daughter’s gum or tooth structure, or prior orthodontic work. These justifications did not change the fact that, from my perspective, the outcome was unsatisfactory and did not meet a standard I would expect from someone advertising cosmetic expertise.

Despite being told repeatedly by the staff that my daughter’s teeth looked great, they visibly did not. The final result included crowns that were grayish in tone and unusually short in length—an aesthetic we did not agree with and that did not resemble her natural smile. We were even presented with invasive suggestions like shaving her natural teeth or pursuing gum surgery to compensate for the flaws in the crowns. These options felt excessive and left us feeling cornered. Eventually, we sought a second opinion and correction from another cosmetic dentist, Dr. Danyal at Berkley Dental, who, in a single visit, addressed and resolved the issues we had been dealing with for months. The contrast in experience was stark.

In my opinion, unless you’re seeking very basic dental care like a routine cleaning, this may not be the right office for more advanced cosmetic work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider for complex procedures, especially those involving implants or cosmetic restorations. While this review reflects my personal and subjective impressions, I share them to help others make informed decisions. Consumers have the legal right to share their honest reviews under both federal and state law, including the Consumer Review Fairness Act, which protects the ability to express truthful opinions about services and care received.

I had many years of bad experiences with Dentists. I had one conversation with Dr. Kakos and she asked me to come to her office for a visit. From the time I walked into the office until the time I left, I felt like I was the only patients there.

Every staff member that I encountered was kind and made sure I was comfortable. I have recommended many friends and family to Dr. Kakos and all have been very pleased with their experience at Kakos Dental.
