I've had the opportunity to meet and really get to know Dr. Kast and his staff over the past 3 years. He has such a beautiful office and his staff are absolutely wonderful.

Every time I walk in the office, I am treated with a warm friendly response from the ladies at the desk and I have found Dr. Kast to be very patient first driven and is a consummate professional. I would refer anyone looking for a quality experience with orthodontics to this practice!

I can neither recommend Dr. Kast and his staff enough nor fully express my gratitude for the genuineness and professionalism they showed me. I was a pretty advanced case and started with Dr. Kast when I was about 8. He worked with me through two sets of braces, headgear, retainers, oral surgeries, you name it, until I was finally done 7 years later. During that time, he was consistently patient, gentle, and incredibly resourceful, always ensuring that the methods he chose truly were the best for me and my parents.

Even more impressive than his work is his character. Dr. Kast is not afraid to go the extra mile to make sure that his patients are comfortable, confident, and acknowledged. He is very responsive to any issues or complaints that may arise, and always willing to do whatever he can to resolve them quickly. I hadn't seen Dr. Kast in over 6 years, but when I had issues with my retainer, he got me in immediately and has further improved my smile over the past year and a half, always finding the time to squeeze me in.

Basically, he and his staff are awesome before, during, and after treatment. I can't say that I would really want to go through everything again, but if I had to, I would undoubtedly want Dr. Kast to work his magic once more.

Dr. Kast and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable!! My husband and I are extremely please with all services from our first consultation to the completion of braces and retainer. Dr. Kast and his staff always answer our questions and provide amazing care!! Staff members genuinely care about their patients and services they provide.

The entire team is amazing!! Kind, patient, thorough and friendly!! We never felt rushed and everything is explained so clearly. My daughter’s smile is beautiful!! The wonderful ladies at the front desk always great us with a smile and make us feel right at home. I have recommended them to all my friends.

Everyone in this office are the kindest people I have ever met. I started going here in May of 2020 and since then I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Kast is very attentive and truly cares about his patients. For the staff, you can tell they care as well because they make sure each patient is comfortable and they treat you like a person instead of another number.

If you ever need anything Dr. Kast and the staff will accommodate you to the best of their ability and they always do whatever they can to help you. When I ultimately had to move states they made the transfer very easy and even the new orthodontist I'm going to stated they were very kind on the phone. I will always recommend them to anyone I know in the Strongsville area.
