I was terrified of dentists due to a childhood issue with dental work. I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years until I HAD to, and that was about 15 years ago when I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Grady. I was up front right away about my phobia and I was embarrassed I hadnt been to a dentist so long. My teeth were a mess. While she was what I call a "straight shooter", she was honest, upfront and told me the good, the not so good and the ugly, which of course i created by ignoring my dental health.

After all, it had been 10+ years since I had been to a dentist. She was friendly, empathetic, accommodating, and I felt she truly cared about me and my dental health. We came up with a plan and addressed all the issues in a timely and logical manner to get over the original hump and since then I wouldnt go anywhere else!. I've moved out of Westmont about 5 years ago and I still drive an hour to see her for my dental needs. Most recently, I had a longer appointment as I had a lot of work done. She and her team not only accommodated my schedule, but once again, created a friendly, helpful environment, made sure I was in no pain and got the job done.

I even received a followup call to be sure everything was fine, to see if I had any questions and confirmed I had the emergency number just in case I needed something. Excellent dental work and service!!! Thank you Dr Grady, to you and every member of your team, for everything. I will [continue to] be back, as will my husband!!! I hope this review helps another person who has a phobia of dentists like I did.

I have been attending Dr. Grady as my dentist for almost my entire life excluding a few years in high school since I moved away, but didn’t like my new dentist so I started to drive out of my way to come back here. I was about 3 or 4 years old when I started to come here, and at the time of writing this, am 21. She and her usual assistant has always been amazing.

Whenever I had cavities, they always let me know in a nice way, but of course offered ways to prevent them in the future and why they need to be fixed etc (as a dentist should). Just had an appointment today, and nothing changed. Still the same nice experience (I usually just have periodic cleanings, but occasionally have needed a cavity filling, and it’s always done in a reasonable amount of time).

I have dental phobia! I have never been to a dentist office and felt ok about being there. Usually, I feel sick to my stomach! From the moment I entered and spoke to Cathy behind the reception desk, I felt at ease. The lovely girl who took my x-rays, was patient and nice. The office has nice visuals so you forget you're in a dentists chair.

Dr. Grady was informative and really made me feel at ease, she explained her plan for me to have good dental health, and really made me feel as though it would make her happy to do this for me! The entire experience was wonderful! Dr. Grady knows what she is doing and has been doing it a long time. You will not be disappointed making an appointment here!
