I am a huge coward when it comes to dentists and they made it so easy for me. The dental assistants are very kind and have a keen eye for when anxiety is taking over and are quick to help calm you down. They are great at making painful procedures painless and are very communicative with the process and what options I have in store. This location has given me hope in regaining my dental needs.

I have been talking friends and family about the expertise the staff here has. I wish I knew what my dentists name was cause she is amazing. I had my 3rd visit today and she continues to do an amazing job for me. If I had an option for 10 stars I’d definitely give them that!

Dirtbags. Told me they accept my insurance, did x-rays and scheduled me for another appointment in 3 weeks. Called me the day before to tell me that the Dr. Doesn't accept my insurance. They wasted 3 weeks of my time when I could have been finding someone to do the work.

Plagues

This place is miserable!!! My kids refuse to go back to get their braces adjusted without me being present, they are afraid of how rude the staff are and the comments they make. I can NEVER get a person on the phone to verify time of the appointment and if I am lucky I usually will get a very nasty front desk person on the phone.

I am in the process of looking elsewhere but the problem is no one wants to work on kids braces who had them done elsewhere! Ugh!!! Once their braces come off, I promise I am cussing out each and every last person in that place. I’m going to make sure everyone else can hear me too!!!

I have been going to this practice for 20+ years so it pains me to leave this review. I have seen Dr. cohen for many years and my teeth have always been perfect. Since he was let go I was forced to see Dr. Leena.

During my last appointment I was told that I had 15+ cavities that need to be filled asap. Since I’ve gone 35+ years without cavities I was shocked and questioned how this could happen all of a sudden. Not only was she rude and dismissive but her attitude made me distrust her. The practice had me schedule the appointment to have them filled but I ended up canceling and I made an appointment with another nonaffiliated dentist who actually took X-rays and did a thorough exam and concluded that my teeth were in perfect health and there were no cavities to speak of. Just beware and get a second opinion because had I trusted her I would have 15+ unnecessary fillings and spent thousands of dollars.

After seeing another dentist it’s really apparent to me how negligent and money hungry this practice is. Drilling into perfectly healthy teeth to make money is criminal. It breaks my heart because the hygienist (Carrie) is amazing.
