BEWARE ! Make sure to ask what dentist is working and make sure to double check that the dentist THEY schedule you with is in network. There are 2 Dentists here and they each accept different insurances. They knew what my insurance was, and scheduled me with an out of network dentist. I found this out when in mid procedure for a crown! When I expressed my concern and frustration the office staff tried to make me out to be the bad guy, claiming insurance is confusing and my particular insurance is “Unusual and very confusing”.

It is not. No other Dr has ever had issues and if the staff were properly trained there would not have been an issue. I also need to mention that my wife had an extraction done and the same insurance was used without an issue, but when I needed a crown all of a sudden there was a huge issue. No one could explain why the same exact insurance worked just fine for her procedure, but not for mine.

They are very friendly when you first walk in, but first impressions are deceiving. Don’t go here without knowing your insurance inside and out.

I came for a scheduled cleaning and brought a crown that fell out a few days ago. The dentist cemented it back in place without delay and did a fantastic job! Everyone was a pleasure communicating with, even the billing receptionist 🙂

I recently had a bad fall when I was jogging in Lewistown and chipped my tooth. I was close to the office, and stopped in to make an appointment. I can't begin to tell you how great everyone was. They took me back immediately and fit me in to their schedule.

Dr. Mains was incredible. He was kind and his work was excellent. I’m so grateful for their prompt care and would highly recommend them to anyone

As someone that does not do well with needles the team at Kaur was very kind and understanding. They were quick and efficient. It was a very positive experience overall, I would definitely recommend Kaur Dentistry to anyone that has previously had a bad dental experience elsewhere.
