The Hygienist for Dr. Porter was doing a Cleaning & basically jamming the floss between my teeth, causing my gums to automatically bleed, then reprimanding me that I didn't floss enough. I also fell on their frickin sidewalk, which hadn't been salted, which caused me to have to have about 7 months of treatment & they only paid 5K of the bill. I paid another 4K more. I refuse to go back there.

I went here for years and never realized the poor treatment I had until I went somewhere else. This dentist has low technology and is very old school. Other dentistry offices offer: - full color pictures of teeth to monitor spots - cancer screenings with blue lights - xrays of roots of each tooth - dental assistance who take more than 10 minutes to clean the teeth My dentist knew this was my last visit before I moved.

I KID YOU NOT - I had a 5 minute cleaning. What can you really do in 5 minutes? The dentist did not even fully step in the room.
