Kelley I've been greeted with kindness and personal attention, in addition Dr. Kelley and his staff don't make one new move without checking on you and sharing what they're working on which really eases my anxiety in the chair and keeps me coming back and prioritizing my dental health.

My wife had a terrible experience with Kelley Family Dentistry. On Thursday, I called to reschedule a Monday appointment due to an important engagement. The receptionist, Kim, was incredibly rude and unsympathetic. She insisted that their 48-hour cancellation policy applied, but since they don’t work Fridays, I was two hours late.

How is a customer supposed to know they don’t work on Fridays? Despite my multiple requests, she refused to budge and informed me of a $300 fine. This level of inflexibility and poor customer service is unacceptable.

DR Kelley is by far the best Dentist i have ever gone to. For many years I have had a problem with poor fitting dentures causing pain. chewing was hard because I have worn dentures for many years and over time the bone in my jaw especially the lower jaw to the point that I had no ridge left for for the lower denture to sit in so it it would float around and move when trying to eat or talk in trying to find a solution most places I went to recommended implants however bone grafts would need to be done first and from what I heard is a long painful and expensive process that most insurance won't pay for. So at the advice of my husband I went to see Dry Kelley long story short he was able to implant 2 post and make dentures that snap on.

It took awhile however through the whole process Dr Kelley was very caring and did his best to minimize pain he also was great about explaining each step along . Went in Monday the 16th for the final fitting of my new teeth still a bit skeptical however the minute he snap them ln was a totally a life changer now I can chew without pain and already my speech is 100% clearer since they are secure. The other amazing thing is they fit perfectly no sore spot before the teeth I had pain almost all the time now nothing. I would recommend him 1000% this has been the best e perience ever his staff Kim and Renea as well as his assistants are the nicest people.

Dr. Matthew Kelley provided exceptional care for my chipped molar, efficiently completing both a cleaning and crown in a single visit. His extensive training from the University of Michigan and UCLA, along with his dedication to evidence-based dentistry, really shows in the quality of his work. I particularly appreciated his efficient approach, as this would have been a much longer process elsewhere. Having a dentist who stays current with the latest dental technology while maintaining a patient-focused practice makes all the difference.

His experience treating complex cases during his time as UCLA's Chief Resident is evident in his skillful handling of dental procedures. Highly recommend Dr. Kelley to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and efficient dentist in the Seattle area.
