First time going to this dental office and when I tell you from the time I walked in until the time I walked out I felt the comfort of the staff and the dentist. I’m terrified of the dentist but when I tell you that everyone at the office is so welcoming and nice they have my experience there a joyous one. Dr Dawn was the absolute best and she changed my narrative and views that all dentist are the same when it comes to making you comfortable during your entire dental procedure.

I would like to start off with the positive. The front desk was very courteous and professional, I believe the girl I spoke with was Sarah. Secondly, the hygienist Cara was awesome, empathetic, professional, and courteous. Now for the negative. I went in with some issues Which I explained to the Dentist in detail. After taking me in 10 minutes later than my appointment time, which is not a big deal to me.

It happens. She seemed frustrated at my request and made a comment about my appointment time coming to an end. She then said let me take your blood pressure and we'll go from there. After taking my blood pressure with a wristlet, which in my opinion was taken very sloppily, she said it was 227/124. She then said that's heart attack and stroke territory. We're not gonna do anything For you today.

You'll have to make another appointment after taking care of that. And sent me on my way. Never taking a second or even a third blood pressure to confirm just sent me on my way after making that comment. Extremely negligent and unprofessional. Would not recommend. Enter at your own risk!

I really enjoy coming to Kelly Dental Arts. I used to live about 15 minutes away, but we moved. I tried another dental office, but I felt like I was at a car wash. Now I don’t mind driving 40-45 minutes for my visits. I feel welcomed and taken care of, like a member of the family. Thank you Kelly Dental Arts, and I will try to floss more, I promise!
