The only reason why I would rate it at one instead of a zero is because Dr. Coleman was so nice and kind she was amazing. Otherwise, the office in itself, they canceled on me twice last minute the day of my appointments, which I had no problem with, but then when my newborn got sick and I needed to reschedule, they decided to charge me $100 fee rather than helping me make an exception due to my previous experiences.

In addition when I did go to a different dental office, I was quoted half the amount that this Dentist was trying to charge me so although they took my $100 fee, I saved over $700 by going elsewhere. .

I had a wonderful experience! Each employee told me exactly what they were doing and why, giving me tips for better oral health. I was also having some car issues as I was leaving and the front desk staff assisted with this as well! Definitely will be coming back!

Exceptional Emergency Dental Care – Thank You, Kent Smiles Dentistry I want to sincerely thank the team at Kent Smiles Dentistry for the outstanding care they provided to my daughter today. She experienced a dental emergency when an old composite on her front tooth — originally placed after a childhood injury — broke while she was eating. Understandably, she was upset and self-conscious. I called Kent Smiles urgently and spoke with Chris, who immediately recognized the urgency of the situation and got her scheduled for a same-day appointment.

She also confirmed that our insurance would cover a large portion of the treatment. Once there, the dental team assessed the situation and, while a crown was recommended, they respected our request for a composite buildup due to the cost at this time. They delivered a beautiful result — quickly and with compassion. From start to finish, the professionalism, empathy, and efficiency shown by everyone at Kent Smiles was exceptional.
