They started out strong, but like all the other doctors around here they petered out quick I went in for an ill appointment. It took me four days to get an appointment got an attitude from the doctor because I told her I had bronchitis which I have COPD so I always have bronchitis. It was inflamed. I recognize when it’s inflamed she didn’t appreciate that.

She didn’t treat it accurately I was still sick 10 days later😳 Called three times to get in. Nobody returned my phone call they didn’t address thr issue in any way shape or form. so then I called them and made another doctors appointment went and got Ushered to the back sat for 45 minutes when I poked my head out the door they acted inconvenienced that I asked when they were coming in while they sat there gossiping with each other and the doctor said she was on her way. I went back into the room.

Waited another 15 minutes and then finally I got up and left. I’m currently looking for another doctor. I guess if people think that that’s good service then good for you but I think its rude and inexcusable

The people her are all so helpful, personable, and knowledgable. Most important to myself is the hours of operation. I have left work in Lima at 4:30 for my appointment and had plenty of time.
