She made sure that I was comfortable & answered all of my questions. I am a fairly new patient, but very happy with Dr. Hartley & the entire staff at Kentwood Family Denistry.

The whole staff is absolutely amazing! Incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'm crazy and enjoy dental work, but they did a great job of explaining what was going on and ensuring I was comfortable. Even the numbing shot (literally the only part of dental work I hate) was top notch in execution! Very happy I found Ryan & his crew in my search for a new dentist!

Entering reception area, immediate pleasant greeting from all staff present! Ecology-friendly forms on devise vs paper! All care explained, prior to being initiated! Sanitation of all instruments and devises used, immediately prior to use! Handwashing prior to client contact!! Comfortable treatment area. Confidentiality maintained through quiet voices with clients in close care cubicles.
