No questions needed because all steps are told before proceeding. I'm so excited by the results !!! Thank you Key West for giving me my confidence back!

So I’ve been coming to Key West Dental my whole life and have never had any issues… They just recently changed owners. . I get a message from them earlier this week saying I have an appointment Thursday. (which I never scheduled to begin with) Anyways I drive an hour from my house and I show up today at the time they originally sent me. . They told me I was late… I showed the text of the confirmation showing it was the time I was there. .

They said they couldn’t see me still… So I drove 2 hours home in rush hour traffic… Wasted 3 hours of my life! I’m really bummed this was my first experience with the new owner. . This new ownership is very disorganized, and the customer service was terrible. I’m sure it’s obvious that I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I hope they can figure things out… but I will not be around to find out.

I had an appointment scheduled for a very painful tooth which I had to wait 4 days for because of my work hours. My mom scheduled the appointment for me and told them what insurance I have. They called and left a message for me the day before my appointment telling me that they had canceled my appointment because there was no insurance information. They said they rescheduled me for June which is 4 months away!!! I called them right after I received that message and they said my appointment time was taken. They tried to schedule me for a time when I have another doctor appointment scheduled.

My family have been patients of Key West Dental since the 1990’s and always had such great care. Since the original dentists have passed or retired, the office staff left as well. We would never have been treated so poorly before in the past. We were always taken care of immediately for problems. I will never return to this office and my mother has made the same decision.

Dr. Montgomery would cringe if he knew how his long time patients were treated so carelessly. We thought the world of him and his staff.
