I went in for a schedule appointment. They told me my appointment was canceled because the dentist wasn't in. But they never called me to say it was canceled. And the young woman was very rude about it.

Was very disturbed by my visit today with my children . As there is a new dentist Dr. Soih? Spelling might be wrong. She was aggressive and inappropriate arguing with me in front of my two small daughters. She was pretty much bashing me telling me how neglectful I am because my other kid who is 17 in the other exam room has a mouth full of cavities she said how I am a neglectful mother and how she is reporting me one if you are reporting me then by allmeans do it two you could have pulled me a side away from my 13 yr old and my 2 yr old! Yes I am well aware of my sons dental situation thus being at the dental office to begin with.
If it were neglect why was it not reported 7 months ago when we were seen by Dr. Young? My 13 yr old who was getting work done laying in the chair as I am holding my 2 yr old while this ridiculously rude and vicious argument is going on Who already is scared of dentists had to hear all this. Dentist wonder why people detour from going to them when you Go your put down and ridiculed and treated like garbage! Her behavior was not only unethical but disgusting! I will say Dr. Youngs is a very good dentist and we have never had an issue with him. We will not be returning to that dentist office until Dr.
Youngs returns due to such gross behavior. I just pray that the office does not condone her behavior and deals with this situation immediately.
