Brought my daughter here for her 8am appointment sat in the waiting room for over 30mins while calling other patients back and then 20 mins after my appointment was supposed to start they decide to tell me that they have to cancel and reschedule due to their “doctor not being able to make it” my daughter and I sat there with no knowledge of anything until they decided hey we have to reschedule, mind you I brought my daughter in before school so she could make it to school on time and they staff was very rude and unprofessional and the “doctor” is also very unprofessional because how do you schedule a bunch of appointments on a busy Friday and then cancel?! Will be looking for a new dentistry for my child

Hashbrowns Are very tasty

Horrible customer service! They literally texted not called texted! And canceled my sons appointment 40minutes before his appointment. I canceled my day if clients to make this appointment. Stated the dentist won’t be in! I’m sure the dentist new hours before or the previous night they wouldn’t be in.

So unprofessional! Don’t go here if you want your time wasted ! They couldn’t even accomrqtf me to get him in sooner! I’ll be waiting for my call from the clinic manager! Or there will be more reviews coming soon.

10/10! Thank you so much to the whole staff for giving my daughter such a positive association and experience with going to the dentist. My daughter just turned 5, and has diagnosed level two autism. I was worrrieddddd about how she would handle the dentist oh boy was I worried. And I wholly 100% credit Estephany for why my daughter had such a great time!!! She was so kind, so patient, and took the time to show my daughter what every dental tool does, even squirting water out of the rinsing one! She gently touched the tools to my daughter’s hand, too, to show her they are not sharp and they’re totally safe.

She is absolutely flawless at her job. Estephany, if you’re reading this, thank you so much again!!! This dental office is absolutely fantastic for special needs kiddos. Truly I am so thankful and appreciative!!!
