This place has many things that they need to fix! 1. They clean everyone's kids teeth in the same open room which is fine BUT the dentist could be a little more discrete when it come to the care plan for the child instead of yelling for the entire room to hear what your child's care plan is. 2. They also don't allow siblings back into the room when they do dental work like cavities because the dentist says it scares the sibling(s) and then they will be scared to get their work done. . . that is not the case.

The dentist is rude and has 0 patience for children and she does not take her time to explain what she is doing. Also i am a stay at home mom and don't have anywhere else to take my other children when they have dental appointments and they just want me to choose between letting my 4 year old go in the back without me or staying with my 3 year old in the waiting room. 3. My 2 oldest have had work done there and the first time it went well, but this year has been awful there as the staff seem to be annoyed. They have two dentist that take turns running the practice and one is getting ready to be on maternity leave and she is not nice and very loud. The staff isn't consistent either they have temps running in and out the last 3 weeks i have been there because of this they "missed" a tooth that should have been marked as a cavity but wasn't so they added that to the bill day of. 4.

I also believe if you have insurance they love hand out cavities as often as they can. They said my child had 6 cavities that needed fixed ASAP. But when they fixed the first 3 they said she needed 2 root canals and when they were working on them they said ohhh they weren't that bad at all. Then they wanted to do the next set of 3 they only got 2 done because they had me hold my kid down and they had to hold her head to get the caps on so they thought that was enough for the day and to wait to do the last cavity in three months because "it's not that bad!" and to let my kid "get over her anxiety. " She has dental glue all over her teeth because they couldn't get it so now she needs to see another dentist to help get the glue off! People who don't know how children work and what they need shouldn't be care providers for children!!!

Brittni Stevens

Makayla was absolutely amazing today with my little girl. She had extreme anxiety with other Dental Office’s and always came out terrified. Makayla was very patient with her and explained all the questions that my daughter would ask, she made the experience fun even though she had two teeth pulled and started to cry this assistant would twirl and dance around just to see the smile on her face and not tears.

The entire office staff are so patient and friendly, when we come in it’s always smiles and welcoming.

Sharon Bohall

Abigail is the best when it comes to taking care of my child. She has been by his side with just about every procedure. She knows how to ease his little mind. I appreciate her so much. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
