We had our son’s dentist appointment today, and I can’t express enough how wonderful the entire experience was. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, which was already a great start. I was naturally feeling anxious beforehand, but the moment we arrived, all of that anxiety melted away. The staff were absolutely amazing—so patient, so kind, and incredibly understanding. Karina and Dr. Michel were especially thoughtful and gentle with my son.

They were also super informative with both my son and I, explaining the entire process to him, showing him the tools and being playful with them. Honestly, everyone there had such warm, beautiful energy. It truly made all the difference. The facility itself was clean, calm, and well-organized. Everything moved quickly and efficiently, and the whole process felt smooth and easy. Parking was also convenient, which made things even better.

Most importantly, my son had a great experience. Seeing him at ease meant everything to me. I left the appointment feeling so happy and relieved. Thank you to everyone who made this such a positive experience. It truly meant the world to us! See you in 6 months!

Dr. Alicia is a caring dentist. She knows every patient by name and personality. She is warm, friendly, patient, gentle, and caring. My son is very timid and Dr. Alicia explains every step to to him as she is doing his cleaning or extraction of baby teeth. I am very sqeemish about pulling loose teeth and she has been awesome. My daughter is very curious and she loves going to the dentist.

She asks questions and want to be her assistant when her brother is being seen. D. Alicia is great with her too. They love Dr. Alicia and so do I. I would recommend Dr. Alicia and Kids Smiles to anyone.

When I say Dr. Alicia is phenomenal, I truly mean it. She is the absolute best pediatric dentist I’ve ever encountered. I live in the Bronx, but I happily travel to Yonkers just so my kids can see her. That’s how amazing she is. Dr. Alicia takes her time greeting each child, explains step by step what she’s going to do, and turns every visit into a fun teeth adventure.

She makes sure the kids feel included, safe, and confident throughout the whole process. My son had a fear of dentists after a horrible experience in the Bronx. Dr. Alicia completely turned that around. Thanks to her, he actually looks forward to going to the dentist now. My three-year-old daughter loves her too. She even sat completely still through an entire treatment because she felt so comfortable.

Dr. Alicia also makes sure parents are informed and at ease. She treats your child like her own and that level of care is priceless. If you’re looking for a gentle, knowledgeable, and truly exceptional pediatric dentist, Dr. Alicia is it.

It was the first time for 5years old son Ariel to visit the dentist. It was all new to him, but the support from the team and Dr. Michel was excellent. She is a great Doctor and very funny, Ariel felt very comfortable and at the same time he enjoyed Dr. Michel’s tricks and jokes.

I know the next few visits will be a lot of fun for Ariel. Excellent work and professionalism. Thanks to Dr. Michel and the Team. ☺️
