We have been going to Dr Matt for many many years and we love him! My kids are 15 and 11 and they love going to get their teeth cleaned! So glad they opened an office in Schaumburg since it’s closer to us! I wish as an adult I could see Dr Matt! 10/10 recommend

Dr Matt was very informative and answered all out questions. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge an assistant name Logan. Logan was AMAZING with my child. My child is terrified of dentist office and after three visit to three different dental office Logan mad a big impact on my son experience.

He was caring and very understanding of my son being very hyper. When I return for my follow up visit I would like Logan to be Lorenzo assistant. Thank you Logan for making his experience amazing

My son loves going to his dentist appointments! The whole staff is so kind and caring each time we visit. Dr. Matt really takes the time to explain what’s going on to both me and my son, I’m thankful they involve the children in their health and educate them too!

I’m shocked by the number of 5 star reviews this office has. I also had given them a 5 star review many years back and recommended many of my friends to them, never again. Dr. Gil was great and so were a few dentists previously, my kids were not a fan of Dr. Matt.

Originally I was, it seems years later he was recommending heavy dental work, that when I got a second opinion for, wasn’t necessary. I have always paid my bill prior to my appointment or set up a payment plan if it was something that would be more expensive and yet they randomly sent me a bill 2 years after the fact for 2,000 and were unable to itemize what the bill was for, just that insurance had denied a claim. The office is so unorganized. They would perform treatments on my children that were not age appropriate and then try to charge me for them because they weren’t covered and they did not check their age prior (I believe one was fluoride, another time an X-ray that wasn’t due) and when I asked how I could prevent this as I wasn’t aware of everything being performed or covered when my children went back a lone for their cleaning, their office staff just took it off the bill and said not to tell anyone. I felt like I needed to be next to my children with an itemized list watching everything they did so I was not charged hundreds of dollars for unnecessary treatments.

My oldest son, who never had more than a cleaning, never had a cavity racked up out of pocket expenses in the 1000’s. Because of this I would never recommend them and have since gone elsewhere. Such a shame after years of business and recommendations.
