We've had a terrible experience with Kids Teeth, specifically one of their three dentists, who frankly shouldn't be in the field of pediatric dentistry. The other two dentists are great, we've had no problems with them, our kids have enjoyed them, but Dr. Alalouf just doesn't understand children whatsoever. Our youngest daughter was struggling with a fluoride treatment and he had zero empathy, patience, or understanding. He essentially told us she needed to shut up and stop being upset. She's 5.

He is rude, condescending, and has zero patience with children. Again, the man shouldn't be in the field of pediatric dentistry. Despite the other dentist being fine, this experience has led us to pursue a new pediatric dentist. I caution anyone about joining this practice as long as Dr. Alalouf is part of it. There is no other way for me to respond to the comment below besides editing my initial review.

I just wanted to tell you we’re in the process of pursuing a complaint with the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners. We also now know of 5 other families who have left this practice because of Dr. Alalouf.

Frey Sure

We were recommended to go to Kids Teeth LLC to take care of our little boy’s teeth 2019 but just to my surprise recently I experienced how arrogant and rigid they are in dealing with their clients.

May be they have enough clients they don’t care a dime losing a few! I will let others know about this for sure! Don’t miss or cancel your any appointment, they are counting it and they will charge you simply for this and remind you of how many times you canceled! If you go to them right in the middle of enrolling your insurance due to job change, you’d better wait until you have card in your hand, or else you have to pay out of your pocket on the spot without any flexible grace time even it’s for sure your insurance will cover it very soon they won’t care a dime for this! There is no flexibility at all from them!

2-18-25: Dr. Alalouf and his staff provided excellent care to my daughter. She has complex special needs and requires patience, compassion and caring. My daughter felt comfortable and safe with Dr. Alalouf. She is looking forward to her next visit.

My children are now teenagers and have been coming here since they were both 2 yrs old. We absolutely love kids teeth. They are top notch when it comes to quality dentistry. Dr Alalouf, Sherman and the entire team are very knowledgeable, patient and caring and go out of their way to make sure my kids and I were comfortable with every treatment decision. When my son was anxious about getting his filling for a cavity, they went out of their way to explain the procedure and ensured him that his particular cavity was not his fault.

They were more concerned about his comfort than rushing to get the procedure done. They even recommended us to the orthodontist who would go on to treat all my family and friends for years. We live about 45 min away from kids teeth, but the drive is totally worth it to have this level of care.
