Zero stars! Unfortunate to say that these people aren’t up with the times. So sad that I am writing this review. I was turned away with my two daughters this morning because I wasn’t the biological mom of one of my kids. My wife who I’ve been legally married to for 8 years (the biological) needed to be present for the doctors to CLEAN MY DAUGHTERS TEETH! I have NEVER had this issue EVER. I have taken both girls to other dentists, to flu shots and many other appointments. Never had a problem.

Staff was disrespectful. Woman wouldn’t even look me in the eyes. Other sad part, the women behind the desk were all very diverse. Thought we were better than that and more progressive. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re a decent human being!

Had my daughter's first dental exam today and I was being impressed with how clean kidsmile was and all the precautions they are talking to make sure everyone is staying safe. Everyone there was so friendly and dental hygienist and dentist were both very sweet with my daughter. When we left my daughter even asked when she can go back!! Highly recommend!!

I have mixed feelings. I like the strongsville office, they're nice and efficient. I have only l experienced the Avon staff over the phone and they were rude. Regardless of the reason, the appointment was missed and although I called the office, they were rude about it. I know that it was less than 24 hours, but for staff to act like that over the phone.

. . doesn't make me want to bring my children around these individuals.

After the experience I’ve had today I would’ve given them 0 stars. I usually love coming here but today everyone was extremely rude. Not only to myself but my 5 year old daughter as well. I called the office and told them that I was going to be late I told the receptionist if I needed to reschedule that will be fine. She said no come in. Upon arrival the receptionist made snarky remarks and comments.

I ignored them and proceeded to check in. The woman that called us to the back had made several comments as well as making certain facial expressions. AGAIN I ignored them and let her finish my daughters X-rays. The woman who cleaned my daughters teeth was a JOY. She was the only one who gave my daughter some sort of compassion. As everyone should’ve.

Because again I called and was completely fine with having to reschedule. Things could’ve went differently but instead I ignored these grown woman who you’d think would have some type of professionalism. I will be pulling both of my kids from this office.
