We recently moved to the area from Seattle. I have worked in dentistry for ten years before becoming a stay at home mom. So I am very picky when it comes to my children's dental needs. I would never take my children to a general dentist even though I have worked for several great ones. Because the training with behavior management is so different. A pediatric dentist and their staff know the correct way to help children feel very at ease at what can be very scary for them.

They also have special dental equipment for kids that a general office might not have. I was very happy at our new patient appointment for my kids. They were able to be seen in chairs next to each other at the same time. I think this helped a lot. The assistants were very energetic and patient with my kids. The doctor was polite and great with the kids.

Answered all my concerns. The front desk was friendly over the phone as well as in the office. I can't wait to take my kids back for their next visit. We also drive 30 minutes to this practice and it is worth it.

Told me my daughter needed 2 caps and 7 cavities filled. Was about to have my daughter covid tested and put under anesthesia. Finally had enough with the office repeatedly not returning phone calls and honestly poor customer service from many of the workers. We were not 100% comfortable and pulled our kid from the practice.

Went to another dentist and that visit she had 1 cavity filled with no anesthesia or numbing, and said see you in 6 months. Shame on this office, I am so glad we trusted our gut and did not use your office. Seems to me they put any child under anesthesia for convenience, I do not recommend them at all.

Need to reschedule because the dentist will be out because of a death in the family. Thats unprofessional to tell your customers, I shouldn't know that and after my experience i don't care, i still need to take care of my own. When rescheduling,The staff will belittle you in a calm rude tone to get a rise out of you and then threaten to remove your account. They will say condensending things and Rachel wanted to keep holding conversations because 8:10am will just not work, it won't. When it didn't work she told me that she will communicate me being "displeased". She literally wouldn't give me any other options until I begged her crying for something.

and it took about 10 minutes for her to even offer me something more normal in a different month while in crying. (because I was crying she told me to act more like an adult) excuse me, hold up. She offered me 2 time slots just to turn around and say "oops" I'm sorry that's not really available. Your not even trying to offer me something at this point. I lost my voice 2 days ago and she kept telling me to stop yelling, I physically can't yell and I'm raspy. Every time she raised her voice it was acceptable to her.

Rachel talks too much and should focus on scheduling, not talking I had to call Avon location because when she finally game me a slot in 2 months I hung up so she couldn't keep running her mouth talking down to me in a unprofessional manner for her own satisfaction. I was done with her attitude and passive aggressive disrespect. I'm not displeased with scheduling, I'm displeased with Rachel. I'm doing 2 stars because the dentist does well with my kids and they make them comfortable, but I've removed 3 stars for Rachel to keep for herself.

They have been a good dentist for my children for a few years now. Have had no issues with service and they all seem to be very well trained and knowledgeable about there profession. Only thing that I don't like was my daughter was told because she was 14 she could not see that dentist .

Did not know there was an age limit pediatrics went to 18 I thought? So that was a pain to find her her own separate dentist while all the other children go here .
