They get three stars because their dental service is good but their scheduling process has inconvenience to me multiple times. There have been two times that they have sent me a text telling me what time to be there and then when I get there the front desk tells me that the appointment was actually one hour prior to the time show on the confirmation text. For example today my daughter had an appointment to fix a broken bracket and I could have sworn they said it was 10 AM when we spoke on the phone but the day before they texted me saying it was 11 AM.

When I got there at 11 they told me I missed my appointment because it was scheduled for 10 AM. When I showed the lady at the front desk that they texted me twice telling me that it was 11 AM she said there was nothing they could do about it and we had to reschedule for another day. The same thing happened a few months ago with another appointment.

I think maybe their scheduling system is set to central time and they don't realize it. Edit: Rescheduled for 9am a week later and still sitting in the waiting room at 9:44am grrrrr!

Worse customer services, they don’t know how to use computer and save patient information given to them. , they didn’t know how to save a patient scheduled appointment I schedule appointment for my son and give all the insurance and my ID when I was scheduling the appointment.

when I go there for the appointment after couple weeks they said they don’t have my son insurance information!!!!!! And they have hard time to find the scheduled appointment in their system !

The dentist that cleaned my child's teeth was not personable, they need to do better. Also, we had to pay for the visit because we took the wrong Insurance card which did not have my child listed on it. They could have called the insurance company to verify that she was on the plan but they did not and we paid out of pocket. I called in and sent them the correct insurance card and they verified it and insurance covered it.

Now it has been over 2 months and I have not received it. I have called many times to follow up. This is not acceptable.

31 OSHA violations ! These issues where on going. Even months after i addressed them when i started and after inspection was completed. Yes i have reported this office . This office should be shut down. No AED on site in case there’s an emergency ‼️ Yes, all employees are not CRP credentialed. Exposing pregnant women to Panoramic radiation ☢️ ( pure common sense) No water line testing (this needs to be done yearly) never been done before. Instruments not being sterilized properly. Missing ceiling tiles. Mold growth in the front roof entrance from previous water leak! No working alarm’s or working cameras , any forced entrance where all your documents and personal information can be accessed to easily. What can you expect from an office that has a younger staff with no prior dental experience with no guidance.

unprofessionalism from the clinical staff, to the constant cross contamination. Now in regards to the ortho department. News flash this office is going into their fourth Orthodontist starting March! Current orthodontist has decided to leave the practice! Never enough ortho assistants / your appointment will go from 30 mins to 45 wait times due to short staff! Expect to be send to collections as failure to collect previous account balances and or put in your correct insurance information you will now soon be seeing account balances for any treatment that has been done at this location. This is not a kid friendly office. Far from professional. All have good poker faces because they all want to keep and have a job but this office should be reviewed for closure! This is a corporate office things should be managed better than what they have been. Take your business elsewhere. P. s. Raphael Rivera, you must have been send to address my review ? A bully? Please the staff was toxic , they all talked about eachother , i felt like a babysitter not a manager! Here are some pictures to shine some light. Oct. 14 : I immediately was making changes !!! Oct. 29 : was when inspection was completed Do the math , they where not ready to run a office the correct honorable way! They couldn’t pay me enough to stay let’s just make it CLEAR and very transparent. I have been working in the dental field for over 19 years ! Never seen anything like it. Again the choice is yours.
