My recent dental visit with Dr. Susan Fagan was definitely not what I expected. To make a long story short. I chomped down on a piece of ice from a fountain soda. This caused damage to one of the fillings and a jab pain when I ate or drank anything cold. I called and the staff got me in the next day( today). So, it wasn’t a scheduled visit. I really needed to take care of it.

Dr. Fagan and her dental assistant were so friendly and made my visit so comfortable. They were amazing! It’s not often you can go to a medical professional and they actually listen to you. Her office assistant was so friendly and helpful. She let me know what insurance would cover and what they wouldn’t. I actually told Dr. Fagan “I think I have to reschedule because I didn’t have enough money to cover my portion”As I waited to hear, okay call us when you get the money She said “I’m here to help, not for money”. The office assistant was giving me options and even asked if I had something I could pay.

I can honestly say I’ve never had office staff and doctor so willing to help. I am so grateful to her and the staff working today. Times are hard right now and they truly understand. I definitely recommend Dr. Fagan we (myself and family) won’t be going anywhere else for our dental needs.

I am a dental assistant for a local specialty Dentist, i sent my husband here to get a CLEANING. He was scheduled for a CLEANING. After getting there we were told we had to pay 80$+ turns out they wanted to do a bunch of fillings WITHOUT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF US HAVING TO PAY!!!!!!! Don't worry Susan i will let EVERYONE know what kind of dentist you really are; MONEY HUNGRY!!!!! HIGHLY UPSET and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Try going to DOCTOR COTTER, he's the best in town and he will never LIE to you!!!! PLEASE, GO ELSEWHERE. You've been warned.
