They worked me in on short notice for a broken tooth. Dr. Kinder was amazing and the hygienists and receptionist were very friendly. I have had bad experiences with dental work in the past and have a lot of anxiety surrounding going to the dentist. I was pleasantly surprised after my visit and will recommend to everyone I know.

I’m not usually one to publicly make comments towards a business, but I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever again. I was a new patient, I went in December for a cleaning and then again in February for cavity fillings. I’ve never experienced this kind of pain after visiting a dentist office for routine cavity fillings. On February 6th, I had three fillings at Dr. Kinder’s office.

I had to have one of those same fillings replaced by another dentist (which practically fell out on the Dentist while I was there!) and may need to have the other remaining two replaced as well, as I AM STILL having issues after my initial cavity fillings at Dr. Kinder’s office. Aside from my pain, the sheer unprofessionalism is what I cannot seem to wrap my mind around. I have it documented that I called numerous times, left a number of voicemails asking that they return my call (as some of my calls were after-hours, and they were also having phone trouble at one point), sent a text message, a Facebook message, and as a last resort, an email since all other routes of communication seemingly failed. Kinder’s office finally returned my call a week from my initial appointment, which happened to be the same day and time that I was at another dentist office—whom quickly worked me in and fixed a filling that I had originally received a week earlier from Dr. Kinder. We are human and humans make mistakes… my anger does not stem from the severe toothache that I was left with, or from the work and school that I had to miss in order to travel to another dentist, but instead, it stems from the lack of professionalism, the lack of communication, and the fact that I was not even granted an apology. For those that have had good experiences, I’m glad this has not happened to you yet and I hope it never does.

Worst experience ever my teeth wasn’t perfect when I first went here and now my teeth are horrible. Also making you pay so much when you leave then come to find out the insurance paid more than what they said so where does the money go. Then when I confront them I’m told well you have a $55 credit and now I can’t get that back because this office is now saying I have a claim still out but just last week when I called was told I would get it in the mail.

So now I have lost teeth my tooth is cracked and my false tooth in the very front is so crooked it’s now loose again. So my advice do not go to this dentist horrible horrible place and watch your insurance cause I’m sure if I hadn’t caught it I would never see it like there trying to do now. My rating on this place a big 0

She sure knows how to turn a little filling into a root canal everytime. This practice is only concerned with your money & insurance, not actually fixing your teeth. Made a dental plan for my teeth, then she filled a tooth that was suppose to have a root canal and then said you should’ve told me… I did , it was in my plan, she just didn’t bother to look at my plan. my insurance deducted the amount of the unneeded filling from the root canal and I had to pay that… also it was during Covid …. they’re nice for sure but justwolves in sheep’s clothing.

I’m still having problems. I’d rather pull all my teeth out with pliers, than go back there. Actually going to UK Endo next month to fix what she did. Purposely caused unneeded fillings, root canals, and abscesses . Had a filling replaced, that was immediately abcess (as was every filling I got there).

When I went to get it fixed elsewhere, I was told and shown on the X-ray that it had went to the pulp and had no choice but to become abcess. IMO it was intentional. If you want to keep your teeth find another dentist.
