When I say, dental King took care of me, they took care of me. The dentist was so nice and patient with me being that I am terrified of needles, So y’all know, I acted a plum fool🤦🏾‍♀️ He answered all my questions along with his assistant. Let me also say with the receptionist were very helpful and professional as well.

I will be going back I don’t care what kind of insurance I have.

The worst dental cleaning I’ve ever experienced. I had an appointment and still waited two hours before the dentist saw me, which ended up only being no more than 10 minutes. In between my teeth was not even cleaned, not even flossing. The most shocking thing I ever overheard at the dentist is right before we started was the dental assistant said to a colleague, “I am heavy handed so I always end up poking the patient.

” This was indeed true. The redeeming two star pro is that physical office is clean and front desk staff is quick on picking up calls and check in.

Love U More

My mom and I arrived at 1:45pm for her 2pm appointment and at 2p I asked the clerk how long it would be before she was seen and I was told that she would be next. However, four other people were called before my mom so I asked again and I was told that she was waiting for a room to open and if it didn’t open they would assign her with another dentist. While we waited two other patients asked yo reschedule because they have bwen waiting a long time too. In addition, the smoke detectors kept chipping so they need to change the battery.

This is a horrible first impression. At 1428 the receptionist said the room was being cleaned out so we shall see how long it will take once she gets back there. The dentist is Ghayda Ali.

First off the staff, receptionist staff are phenomenal. There attentive, informative and responsive with any questions or concerns you may have. Of course respectful. The orthodontist that are employed there are highly skilled, trained, educated and experienced. Some should even probably have there own practice but instead rather be of service to those in need with little money(low-income)Surprisingly there not treating patients at higher end dental offices don't only accept certain insurance companies or plans.

They accept basically all health insurance plans or give referrals. Overall gentle atmosphere. They have my approval. 4 stars because let's be honest nothing or nobody is perfect but striving for excellence is the next best thing.
