I was worried about going to see the dental specialist and thought it was the beginning of the end for my tooth. So happy to report I had a great one time visit and no more visits needed. I was shocked that when I called I was told $419 for initial evaluation that included 3-D xray—- but I called around and this was less expensive than other endodontists consultations in the area.

Regardless, several dentists in the area told me “he’s the best” so I felt comfortable that I was in good hands.

My dentist thought I needed a root canal and recommended Dr. Gilbert. They were able to get me in quickly. The staff, including Dr. Gilbert, were kind and competent. They did their own evaluation and completed the root canal with a painless procedure. They explained what to expect after the procedure. Two days after I am totally pain-free.

The doctor is very personable. I’ve used him once before and was very happy with the results. The pre-registration is a bit cumbersome bc it appears that each time you have an appointment, you need to fill out, online, about 10 pages of redundancy. This applies to patients whose information has not changed. Clearly. If you’ve had changes to insurance or medications, it makes sense to update your information.

If you’ve have no changes, I don’t understand why you need to fill out all areas of the pre-registration forms. I would say, it didn’t deter me from returning to this practice. I find the doctor to be very professional and personable. I would return if needed, and recommend his services. My root canal was uneventful, painless and very quick. 👍
