My husband needed an emergency dental appointment a few months back and they got him in right away! Let me tell you he hates going to the dentist… He absolutely loved it at Kings! Since our dental coverage changed this year, thank God they are able to take care of us.

I had such a great experience this morning as a new patient Did a thorough exam of what I needed and was able to actually take care of me today to prep me for two crowns! Very thorough very sweet great bedside manner! Highly recommend!

am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent experience at your office. I initially visited for a routine dental cleaning. However, during the visit, I was told that I urgently needed two crowns. I asked for confirmation that my insurance would cover the treatment before proceeding. The doctor instructed the front desk staff to check with my insurance provider, and I was in few minutes informed that all treatments were approved.

Based on this confirmation, I agreed to move forward with the crown procedures. A few weeks later, I was contacted and told that my insurance actually denied the claim because I am currently on a waitlist. This was shocking and extremely frustrating, especially after I was assured everything was approved. When I questioned the office, I was told that no specific treatment plan had been submitted for insurance approval and that staff had only reviewed general information from the insurance website. I find this practice highly misleading and irresponsible.

Patients should not be expected to pay thousands of dollars for treatment based on vague or unofficial insurance verification. This situation has placed an unfair financial burden on me. I trusted your office to provide accurate information, and instead, I feel misled. Please making sure of insurance coverage before doing anything!!

This place is amazing. The entire staff is very welcoming and always friendly. You feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Dr.

Singh does amazing work! He and his assistant keep you informed of what's happening throughout your procedure and go over everything they do. They make it a priority to see that you are always comfortable from start to finish. Because of them, I no longer fear going to the dentist. I highly recommend this office!
