Just as importantly, and comparing him with other dentists, he does not recommend unnecessary procedures. He shows you exactly what is happening on his overheard screen, explains options, and lets you decide.

I had a great experience at this dentist. Dr Yi and his staff make you feel very welcome and at home. The receptionist to his assistant Viva to Dr Yi are all very focused on their job Dr Yi gave my kids and I clear and direct instructions alongside what he recommends. My kids were made to feel very comfortable during their cleaning.

This dental clinic is really good. Everyone in there is really nice and helpful. I was very satisfied with them when I did the extraction and root canal. They gave me an advice what I should do for my teeth with my dental insurance. I was very happy.

I’m extremely disappointed with this dental office. My entire family has been going there, and we trusted them with our care. When I changed my insurance, I called to confirm they accepted it, and they said yes. But then they insisted I redo my X-rays, even though I had them done just months ago with my previous insurance. When I refused the unnecessary X-rays, they suddenly claimed they were no longer a provider for my new insurance.

It’s frustrating and feels like they were only interested in maximizing what they could bill rather than providing honest care. My family has brought them plenty of business, yet they had no problem turning me away the moment I questioned an extra procedure. This is not how patients should be treated, and I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone looking for ethical and transparent care.
